Installation of stands on an unequipped area |
March 15-16 from 8:00 to 20:00 To obtain an act of admission for the production of installation, dismantling, design and electrical work, it is necessary to conclude a building contract and pass the accreditation of the stand builder. Upon completion of installation, it is necessary to take out containers, packaging, all waste of installation materials, garbage (according to the General conditions of participation in exhibitions held by Bashkir Exhibition Company LLC). The installation of the stands must be completed on March 17 before 17:00. |

Unloading of large-sized exhibits |
On March 15 and 16 from 09.00 to 18.00 at the exhibition complex. To arrange the equipment and schedule the arrival, it is necessary to coordinate the dimensions of the exhibits, the date and time of arrival. The exhibits are unloaded through cargo gates - No. 1,2,3 for small-sized exhibits, No. 4 for large-sized exhibits. There is a freight elevator in the pavilion (entrance group width is 2m, height is 2m, depth is 3.10 m, load capacity is up to 1 ton). |
